About the event
Caregivers give so much of themselves, often without space to rest, be supported, or feel seen. The Caregiver Reset & Resource Event was created to change that.
Hosted in collaboration with community nonprofits, this interactive event offers caregivers a chance to receive care while staying connected to the people they love. Caregivers may attend on their own or bring loved ones they support, including seniors experiencing cognitive decline or other complex needs, as well as children. The event is designed as a shared, multi-generational space where everyone is welcomed and considered.
Caregivers are invited to receive gentle therapeutic support, including mini massage services, while loved ones engage in safe, supportive activities nearby. The goal is simple and powerful: to give caregivers time to regulate their nervous systems, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.
In addition to hands-on care, the event includes access to trusted community resources and optional educational breakout conversations. These…
