Passport to Resources

A community experience designed to connect seniors, caregivers, and families with trusted resources that support whole-person wellbeing.
At The Touch Institute, we believe access is everything.
Passport to Resources is an interactive health and wellness fair where attendees “travel” through stations featuring local professionals, nonprofits, and service providers dedicated to helping seniors thrive.
Instead of wandering through tables, participants receive a Passport booklet, encouraging conversation, engagement, and meaningful connection at each stop.
